Andy Davis, and Tony Patty of the Wears Valley Fire Department accept a donation from President, Sharon Hazard and Director, Steve Wright
President, Sharon Hazard recently presented Tony Patty and Andy Davis of the Wears Valley Volunteer Fire Department with a check from the Wears Valley Area Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $4,361.
Other Board of Directors were on hand for the presentation.
The Wears Valley Chamber of Commerce raised the money through their Oktoberfest Fall Festival
and the proceeds of parking were split with
a few local organizations.
The Fire Department has been instrumental in providing their services to assist the Chamber the past three years. The Chamber is also very supportive of the local Fire Department and their efforts.
Bruce Wilson, Principal, Chamber Members: Steve Wright, Sharon Hazard, Pat Wright and Melissa Pace are on hand to present check to Wearwood School.
The Wears Valley Area Chamber of Commerce recently made a presentation to Wearwood Elementary School. Bruce Wilson, Principal was on hand to accept the donation. The Chamber donated $969.00 to the school. Steve Wright, Director looks on as Sharon Hazard, President presents the check along with Pat Wright, Director and Melissa Pace, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce.
